Since 2004, Melanie has been a volunteer coach with Special Olympics of Pennsylvania. Melanie also leads a ministry at her local church for adults with special needs. In addition, Melanie is the event director for an annual prom for teens and adults with special needs in the greater Philadelphia area. Melanie is also a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
