Argosy Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Peachtree Group and 6PM Hospitality Partners, has acquired the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton in downtown Detroit, Michigan. The business plan includes a property-wide renovation and conversion of the hotel from a DoubleTree Suites to an Embassy Suites-branded property.

6PM Hospitality Partners is a Michigan-based hotel owner-operator led by Peter Beukema, with experience across all facets of hotel development, investment, and management.
