On June 11, 2025, a partnership between Argosy Real Estate Partners (“Argosy”) and Twin Cities Land Development (“TCLD”) exited its investment in a portfolio of three residential land projects located in the Minneapolis MSA (“Minneapolis Land Portfolio I”).

The portfolio consisted of 453 single-family detached lots across three separate subdivisions located in the high-growth Blaine and Woodbury submarkets of Minneapolis, MN.  All lots were developed and sold to prominent national and regional homebuilders.

Twin Cities Land Development, formerly an affiliate of The Excelsior Group, is a full-service real estate firm based in Minneapolis with decades of experience in residential land development, management, and investment.  Minneapolis Land Portfolio I represents the first three of six residential land subdivisions developed in the Minneapolis MSA by Argosy and the TCLD principals.
