On August 23, 2021, a partnership between Argosy Real Estate Partners and InvestRes sold The Preserve at Westover Hills to a national owner-operator of multifamily properties.

The partnership acquired the 276-unit, 1997-vintage garden-style multifamily property located in the Westover Hills submarket of San Antonio, Texas in June 2017. During its ownership, the partnership completed exterior, amenity, and conservation upgrades, renovated select unit interiors, and enhanced operational performance.
