On December 30, 2020, Argosy Real Estate Partners sold its interest in Luxe at Katy to a partnership managed by The ValCap Group (“ValCap”), the Fund’s co-investor and operating partner.

Argosy acquired Luxe at Katy, a 352-unit, 2014-vintage, garden-style multifamily property located in the Katy submarket of Houston, TX alongside ValCap in October 2017. The Fund’s investment was structured as participating preferred equity.
