We are pleased to announce that Argosy Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Fore Property Company, has acquired an approximately five-acre Opportunity Zone site in Las Vegas, NV for the development of a 226-unit multifamily community. The project is located on an urban infill site with convenient access to the Las Vegas Strip and the metro’s primary employment, transit and entertainment centers.

The project recently commenced construction, with final completion scheduled for the spring of 2025. The project, which will also be designed to achieve Green Globes certification, will offer sweeping views of the Las Vegas skyline and convenience to the Strip and Chinatown.

The investment was made alongside Fore Property Company, a leading vertically-integrated real estate organization headquartered in Las Vegas. The project is Argosy’s fourth development project in partnership with Fore.
