Argosy Real Estate Partners Announces ULI Impact Award for The Hunter Apartments

Argosy Real Estate Partners is pleased to share that The Hunter Apartments, an Opportunity Zone development project located in Colorado Springs, CO, has been recognized with the 2026 Infill Development of the Year Award at the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) Colorado Impact Awards. This recognition honors projects that demonstrate excellence in design, execution, and meaningful community impact.

The ULI Impact Awards are presented annually by the Urban Land Institute’s Colorado District Council, part of a global nonprofit organization in advancing best practices in land use and fostering sustainable, thriving communities. The Infill Development of the Year Award specifically recognizes projects that contribute to smarter land use, increased density, and the creation of vibrant, connected neighborhoods.

The Hunter Apartments represents a thoughtful approach to residential development, integrating modern design with the surrounding urban fabric while enhancing the local community. The project sits within a designated Qualified Opportunity Zone, demonstrating how targeted investment can support long term economic development growth and community revitalization in emerging markets.

The project was developed by Argosy Real Estate Partners in partnership with Formativ. Argosy is proud of the collaboration and execution by the ownership, development, and project teams that brought this development to life.
