We are pleased to announce that Argosy Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Brick & Timber Collective, has acquired The Cube, an eight-story, 2018-vintage, 92,134 sf Class A office building with an approximately 0.4-acre surface parking lot located in the heart of the Wynwood District of Miami, FL.  The Cube is currently 100% leased on long-term leases to 11 office and retail tenants with a weighted average lease term of approximately eight years.  The Wynwood submarket is a vibrant arts district in Miami that has emerged as rapidly developing hub for retail, restaurants, residential, and office uses. According to CoStar, Miami is one of the top performing office markets in the country, achieving 9% rent growth in 2022, well above the United States average of 1%.

Argosy’s operating partner is Brick & Timber Collective, a real estate investment firm with offices in San Francisco and Miami that focuses on acquiring boutique creative office buildings within high growth urban submarkets.
