We are pleased to announce that Argosy Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Peachtree Hotel Group, has acquired an approximately 3-acre site for the ground-up development of a 150-room dual-branded Home2 Suites / Hampton Inn by Hilton hotel.  The project is located in Lake Nona, a high-growth submarket of Orlando, FL that features a diversified and growing base of corporate, group and leisure demand.

Upon completion, the project will consist of a 150-room dual-brand hotel (80-room Hampton Inn and 70-room Home2 Suites by Hilton).  The project will feature 137 surface parking spaces, ample meeting space, a 24-hour business center and market pantry, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool and patio and grilling station. The project will be located at the front entrance of Eagle Creek, a 558-acre master- planned community which currently consists of over 1,500 residences and is planned for an additional 3,500 residences.  The project is also located adjacent to Lake Nona, a 17-square mile mixed-use master-planned community which was ranked in 2021 as one of the top 20 fastest selling master-planned communities in the US, according to RCLCO.

Argosy’s development partner, Peachtree Hotel Group, is an experienced owner/operator that acquires and develops premium-branded, select-service and extended-stay hotels throughout the US.  The project is Argosy’s seventh investment in partnership with Peachtree.
