The site is located in Castle Rock, CO, within proximity to both Denver and Colorado Springs.

The project will feature townhome-style, semi-attached homes with open floor plans and one- to three-bedrooms. Each home will include washer / dryer, one- to two-car attached garages, private patios, and package drop-off boxes on the side of each home. The project will have common area amenities including a BBQ station, outdoor pavilion, dog park, green belts, fitness room, clubhouse, fitness trail, game lawn, and a pool. With private patios and garages, residents will maintain privacy and enjoy the full benefits of a traditional single-family home.

Argosy’s operating partner, Watermark Equity Group (“Watermark”), is a real estate developer and operator specializing in single-family rental communities. Founded in 2014 and based in Wheaton, IL, Watermark has experience in both the development of single-family build-for-rent projects and the acquisition of single-family homes. Canvas at Castle Rock will be Argosy’s second investment with Watermark and fourth single-family build-for-rent project to date.
