Argosy Real Estate Partners Acquires Charleston Row Townhomes in Charlotte, NC
We are pleased to announce that Argosy Real Estate Partners has closed on the off-market acquisition of Charleston Row Townhomes, a 107-unit -rental townhome community in the Pineville submarket of Charlotte, North Carolina, adjacent to Ballantyne and approximately 12 miles south of Uptown Charlotte.
The 2014-vintage community is comprised of spacious two- and three-bedroom townhome-style units, each featuring private entry, open floorplans, granite countertops, double vanities and large, walk-in closets. Two-bedroom units feature private backyards/patios and select units feature private, fenced-in backyards. Community amenities include private one and two-car garages, a community pavilion and a nature trail. The business plan includes implementing a moderate capital improvement program to enhance the property’s curb appeal and provide interior unit upgrades.
The investment was made alongside Blaze Capital Partners, an experienced multifamily investment and development firm headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina.
