Argosy Real Estate Partners Acquires 1715 Nolan Road

On June 1, 2026, a partnership between Argosy Real Estate Partners and Bay Street Capital, closed on the acquisition of 1715 Nolan Court, a 2.5-acre industrial outdoor storage (“IOS”) property improved with a 6,600 sf building located in Morrow, Georgia (Atlanta MSA).

The property was acquired off-market and simultaneously leased to a national utility service provider that will occupy the full site under a new long-term lease commencing at closing. The acquisition represents the first investment within the Sunbelt Industrial Portfolio, a strategy targeting IOS and light industrial assets in supply-constrained markets within the Texas, Georgia, and Florida markets.

The Sunbelt Industrial portfolio is a follow-up to the Southeast Industrial Outdoor Storage portfolio acquired by Argosy in partnership with Bay Street Capital.

Argosy’s co-investor and operating partner is Bay Street Capital, a leading industrial platform founded in 2021 that specializes in value-add IOS and light industrial real estate investments throughout the U.S.
