We are pleased to announce that in November 2019, Argosy Real Estate Partners IV, L.P., in partnership with Randall Martin, acquired a 14-acre fully-entitled site for a ground-up development in North Las Vegas. The project will be the first purpose-built, single-story single-family rental home community in Las Vegas. Upon completion, Moderne at Centennial will encompass a 185-unit single family rental community with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Its proximity to downtown Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Strip make the location a desirable submarket with robust job growth and strong residential demand.

Argosy’s operating partner, Randy Bury, is an experienced single-family developer in the Las Vegas and Arizona markets. Since 2004, Randy Bury, through his company Randall Martin, has focused on land acquisition, development, and homebuilding and has entitled over 4,000 single-family lots and has built approximately 500 homes. Moderne Communities is Randy Bury’s newest venture.
