Argosy Real Estate Partners Acquires Bristol Place
We are pleased to announce that in July 2019, Argosy Real Estate Partners in partnership with Unison Realty Partners, acquired Bristol Place, a 412,604-square foot grocery-anchored shopping center located in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Bristol Place is well located within the region’s most concentrated retail corridor at the intersection of U.S. Route 1A and Interstate 95 and is directly adjacent to the South Attleboro MBTA rail station.
Built in 1992 and renovated in 2013, Bristol Place is anchored by Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, T.J. Maxx, and Market Basket, one of the dominant grocers in New England. Other major tenants include Bob’s Stores, Bob’s Discount Furniture, Party City, Olive Garden, and McDonald’s.
Unison Realty Partners is an experienced owner and operator of middle-market retail centers based in Boston, MA. Since its inception in 2010, Unison has acquired over 2.3 million square feet of retail real estate across 18 properties, with a focus on grocery and necessity-anchored shopping centers. Unison currently owns 15 retail properties totaling over 1.9 million square feet of gross leasable area.
