Argosy Real Estate Partners is proud to announce that the Hampton Inn and Suites Maui North Shore has been named the 2025 Development of the Year (Select/Limited Service).¹ The award was presented during the 25th Annual Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) held in Los Angeles in January 2026.

This prestigious honor recognizes excellence and leadership in hotel development and investment across the Americas. The award celebrates projects that demonstrate exceptional vision, execution, and impact within their markets.

Located in Kahului on the Island of Maui, the Hampton Inn and Suites Maui North Shore is a 136-room upper-midscale beachfront hotel. It is the first newly built branded select service hotel on Maui’s North Shore since 2012. The property opened on April 25, 2025, delivering a rare and accessible Hilton branded lodging option in one of the most supply-constrained hotel markets in the United States.

The project was developed by Argosy Real Estate Partners in partnership with Peachtree Group and Blackridge Group. The development team successfully navigated significant entitlement and construction complexity. Springboard Hospitality manages the hotel.
