The Property is one of only a handful of cold / freezer storage buildings under 100,000 sf in the Boston metro, offering a differentiated size with minimal competitive supply. The Property provides full-building freezer capabilities and modern specifications, including 35’ clear heights, capacity for approximately 3,600 pallet positions, and a decentralized refrigeration system capable of supporting three separate temperature zones.

The Property was acquired in a sale-leaseback transaction and is 100% leased to a regional distribution company on a long-term lease.
