Argosy Real Estate Partners Fully Exits the Twin Creeks Shopping Center in Kansas City, MO

On December 4, 2024, Argosy Real Estate Partners (“Argosy”) fully exited its investment in Twin Creeks Shopping Center, a 273,244 sf retail center in Kansas City, MO by selling its final land parcel. This last land parcel in Twin Creeks Shopping Center was sold to a private real estate development firm. This completes the exit of the asset in full, following up on the sale of the main retail center in September 2022.

In November 2016, the partnership closed on the off-market acquisition of Twin Creeks Shopping Center, which was 47% occupied at the time due to the seller’s unwillingness to invest in leasing costs and upkeep. Since acquisition, the partnership completed a full renovation and repositioning, executing leases with Ross Dress for Less, Ulta, Petco, Five Below, and Furniture Deals, increasing occupancy to 94%.  Additionally, the partnership developed and leased two outparcels to tenants including Starbucks and Chipotle that were subsequently sold to private investors.
