Argosy Real Estate Partners Acquires Two Additional Industrial Outdoor Storage Properties in Odenton, MD and Savannah, GA

We are pleased to announce that Argosy Real Estate Partners has closed on the off-market acquisitions of two Industrial Outdoor Storage (“IOS”) properties in Odenton, MD and Savannah, GA.

  • 1875 Mayfield Road represents an approximately 5.43-acre IOS property with one existing building totaling 18,287 sf (8% coverage) located in Odenton, MD (Baltimore MSA). The property was secured off-market from a former owner-occupant and is located between the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) and the Capital Beltway (I-495), with proximity to The Port of Baltimore (14 miles), Port Annapolis (14 miles), and Washington, DC (20 miles).
  • 50-52 Telfair Place represents an approximately 48-acre IOS property with one existing building totaling 4,251 sf (3% coverage) located in Savannah, GA. The property was secured off-market and is currently 100% leased to two tenants. The asset is located with immediate access to the Port of Savannah (under 3 miles), proximate to major interstates (I-95, I-16, and I-516), and is under one mile from 4405 Tremont Road, Argosy’s first investment in the Southeastern Industrial Outdoor Storage Portfolio (or the “SIOS Portfolio”).

Argosy’s co-investor and operating partner is Bay Street Capital, an IOS platform that specializes in value-add IOS and industrial real estate investments throughout the United States. These properties represent the second and third IOS investments in the SIOS Portfolio, an aggregation strategy with Bay Street Capital which targets strategically located infill properties within demographically compelling and supply-constrained markets that serve as mission-critical locations for IOS users.
