The site is entitled by-right for 300 rental or for-sale housing units. The site provides for immediate access to both the I-75 and I-275 corridors, enabling short commutes to significant job centers, services, healthcare, and recreational opportunities including downtown St. Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota, and Bradenton.

Argosy’s co-investor and operating partner is Blaze Capital Partners, a multifamily investment and development firm headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina. Argosy is currently partnering with Blaze on The Spoke at McCullough Station, The Spoke Southeast Portfolio, and Charleston Row Townhomes.
