On February 28, 2022, a partnership controlled by Argosy Real Estate Partners sold Palmetto Exchange to a national owner-operator of multifamily properties in the Southeastern United States.

The partnership acquired the 252-unit, 2017-vintage garden-style multifamily property located in the North Charleston submarket of Charleston, South Carolina in March 2019. During its ownership, Argosy completed interior and amenity upgrades, while enhancing operational performance through focused asset management.
