We are pleased to announce that Argosy Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Moderne Communities, has acquired an approximately 14-acre, fully-entitled site for the ground-up development of Moderne at Roosevelt, a 185-unit single-family build-for-rent community.  The project will be located in Tolleson, AZ, a suburb approximately 13 miles west of Downtown Phoenix.

Upon completion, the project will feature a mix of detached single-story one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.  Each unit will include a washer and dryer, quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring, private gated backyards with pet door access, and a smart home technology package.  The project will also have common area amenities including a resort style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, barbeque area, game lawn, and dog park.

Argosy’s development partner, Moderne Communities, is a real estate development firm focused on land acquisition, development and homebuilding.  Moderne at Roosevelt is Argosy’s third investment in partnership with Moderne Communities.
