On August 30, 2021, a partnership controlled by Argosy Real Estate Partners and its parallel funds exited its investment in The Clearwater Properties. The Clearwater Properties investment was comprised of two mid-1980’s vintage, garden style multifamily communities – The Park at Elland and The Park at Gibraltar (425 units total) located in the Clearwater submarket of Tampa, Florida. During its period of ownership, the partnership completed exterior and amenity upgrades, renovated select unit interiors, and enhanced operational performance.
